New from Virginia

Hello and I'm glad I found this forum.
 
My wife and I compete in chili cookoffs. We think we are pretty good since we are both qualified for the world championship to be held in Terlingua, TX in 2015. Anyway, we use serrano peppers in our chili. We have a hard time finding real good quality peppers, especially in the winter. So we are going to grow our own peppers using deep water culture.
