I agree with all of above I also add sea weed fertilizer to the mix as it has alot of nutrients.

take a tablespoon of each and mix into a gallon of water then spray on leaves and soak it into the soil

Oh ok...so I can just mix them both in a bottle and spray them on good? Easy enough lol....thanks again for the help!

That and watering it in. I generally bottom water my containers all throughout the summer but when top dressing, top water for about a week to make sure the nutes go down.

just curious, what is your process for bottom watering larger containers? i use 5-gal buckets and it seems like it would be a huge PITA to bottom water
