I have managed to germinate some new mexico green chili from seeds I got out of a bag from the grocery store of the dried up new mexico chili. once these chilis grow big, and start producing I will be having a big crop in the back yard and side yard, even have some growin at my dad's house in his back yard. This is not a hot chili. But it has flavor thats out of this world good.

this is one reason I enjoy visiting family in the state of new mexico.
its big in most of the cooking and cousine in that region of the states.
The dried red powder is used to make sauces, and even mixed with a mexican dish called the tamale in the corn mix.
start growing these in the UK and your mates will love your cooking! I can see this chili being big over in England.
