New plants

So my small plants are starting to get peppers do you guys cut the early ones? Not sure what to do here and don't want to stress my plants with a early 1 or 2 peppers.

Thin out flowers if there are lots on a small plant . Sometimes the plant will do this on it's own. If its just one or 2 flowers I let them go. If you take out most of them (at the flower stage or when the peppers are still tiny) on a small plant early in the season you will get better production later in the year.

When do you want peppers? Soon? Or in a couple months?
Or how about soon AND in a couple months?

Leave them be man.

Agreed. The plants know what it's doing. If it can't handle the flowers it'll drop 'em.  Newbies tend to baby their plants too much. As a newbie myself, I feel your pain.

You can get more peppers and let your pepper plant bush out. Just top them. You do not have to do this if you don't want to. It isn't mandatory.
