Indeed some of those pictures are wrong and some look elongated..:shocked:
 
Yes they are alittle off, we are getting everything together slowly !
All of my photos come from our suppliers. But will replace with my own !

That is what I said when I went to order Scotch Bonnets off chilliman, but he assures me that they are the proper Scotch Bonnets ( I wanted the actual scotch bonnet cap looking chilli), lets just hope so. Maybe I should take mine off the market and just grow them to see what they are first?
So Ian if the picture of the Scotch Bonnet is from your supplier then I would assume that is exactly what it is going to look like? Why would yours be different?

Mine are from Organic certified seed packer here in OZ -
Supply puts -Scoville rating of 100,000 - 350,000 units.
I dont produce them , was informed BY THEM that they are the BONNETT strain.
I am currently growing them in hydro, so I will see for my self with in the next 8 weeks.

Yes that is what I said but I have always still been worried! It was only your reassurance that made me buy it. If I had of seen the photo from your supplier http://www.greenharvest.com.au/seeds/vegetables_capsicum.html
then I definately wouldn't have bought them as I beieve this is a Bishops Crown. What does everyone else think?
 
Bishop crowns wont get that hot ! And they are a Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum aslo called frys hat or monks hat !

As I buy my seeds by BONOMIAL/BOTANICAL NAME i don't really care what the pictures look like ! I try to match my pictures best I can , and will up date them slowly.

This ensures me of what I am buying and SELLING !!!!! YOU can not be sure if you BUY FROM PHOTOS !?!?!

SORRY - IF ANYONE HAS BETTER PHOTOS of a C.Chinese Scotch Bonnett PLEASE PLEASE PM ME, I WILL POST THEM UP ON WEB SITE !

There are many versions of Scotch Bonnets so yo want to make sure you use pics of the variety which you are selling and not just any pic.

Its difficult to find any perfect bonnet shaped Scotch bonnets these days, especially red ones. Most that have the nice tam shape are usually annuums
 
hey CM don't don't bother growing out or selling the scotch bonnets from atomic they were very dissapointing, no flavour some heat. my favourite bonnet is the true jamaican yellow variety so sweet and fruity.
Once you get all your own photos up your site will be awesome.
 
Thanx guys for advice ! - The scotch Bonnett I stock have good germ rate, and are not from Atomic. I do have some from atomic but will now throw these, Most of my stock comes from Nicky`s.

That is exactly why I wanted to see the pic from where they were from, so I can be accurate and not mislead anyone. That is ok though cos I have taken them off for sale and am waiting till they fruit before I do anything, I should have stuck with that idea from the start since I was unsure. Will just have to wait and see.:)

Umm I have nothing to do with this, thanks for your offer and as I said before I will just grow them out and see what happens. If they turn out to be something other than a Scotch Bonnet then I will take you up on your offer.

The only other Person I have dealt with in WA is CANDICE so , as said I have offered REFUND! c.chinese scotch bonnett is what she ordered and that is what she got ?? She was unsure of my pictures ?

Buddy your out of people in WA i have dealt with in ANYWAY. ! And I speak to both every other day !

I was unsure on if what you were selling me was the tam o lantern shape which was what I wanted. There are other scotch bonnets that claim to be chinense too? I guess I should have just left it and kept looking.Anyways am over it and off to bed now, have to get up early for work and have not had much sleep last night.
 
No worries , will wait for the results ! I hope they are good ! If not come back to me ill buy them back ! As they are th C.Chinese Scotch Bonnett with 100-350K scovillle ! Which is what I represent on my SITE !!!!!
