New to Make'n Sauce

Hi All,
My favorite St. Augustine Datil hot sauce recently went out of business, so I had to learn how to make my own. I have always loved the sauce and I have a culinary education, so I said what the hell! Look forward to interacting with you all.

Mara's Hotter Side is a shop there but I don't see a sauce, perhaps it was private label and you can find the source sauce, can you take a pic of the label and ingredients, and see if it was made "by" or "for" them?

It is a private label. I was down there over the summer and had a great conversation with the owner. He was selling his business and the new owners have no interest in the sauce It was a family recipe and he was pretty tight liped about it and it was being made by a co-packer. The sauce itself says made for him so no reference of the packer. Because of my background I'm just going to reverse engineer it through my lab at work.
