Hello everyone and thank you for all the info you have accumulated on these forums! My name is Chad and I am from Edmonton. I have always loved growing and eating peppers and with a good crop this year decided to take the next step and make my own hot sauce. It turned out great. Now I am hooked and am looking to increase the variety of peppers I grow and thus create a larger variety of hot sauce.
