newbie pinching questions

i DID do a search for the word pinch, but didn't find the exact answers i was looking for
you can tell I'm a newbie when you ask a question like this

I understand the why's and when's of pinching, just not the what's, haha

do you literally pinch to break off right behind the flower? Or cut, or does it matter? and it is right behind the flower, right?

and when your plants are "too tall" lets say, and you want them bushier, what kind of grooming then?

i usually pinch the entire flower right off with my index finger and thumb..

if you want to prune to create more of a bushy growth to your plants, pinch the base of bigger leaves / and some stems...

worked well for me anyways..

For the flower, ya, just pinch off right behind the bud.

For bushier plants locate the very top of the plant where you see the new growth coming from and pinch it completely off at the very base of the new growth. This will stimulate lower branching growth and it will branch off where you pinched off at the top.
