Nice find

You have to keep your eye open whenever you go into the produce section in Publix and occasionally you'll come across a good find.

So I know exactly what to do with these :)

Jamie as the Jamaica Me Hot take 90 days to ferment you might be a little disappointed, well you'd still go home with some sauce :)
 
Picking up ingredient and will be kicking off several ferments this weekend. Watch for the Chaos to be posted and

Not to Hab in on your find Bill but I picked some up for a pizza topping today and I also ran across some Thai Chili's. Those are also always available but once again the current peppers are coming out of the Dominican...........even the Thai's......... :lol:

Found some red Habs at green grocer they were selling them as sweet bells......hehehehe imagine some peoples surprise
any how thats where my seeds came from and 1 bottle of Van's No 3 thats almost gone :tear:
 
Van, that's too funny. You should have found the Produce manager and said here, lets try one of these sweet bells together you and I. Would have loved to see the look on his face when he bit into his half.

Never thought of that but yes it would have been hilarious ..... :rofl: About a year ago i might have made the same mistake
