If it puts out 5000 lumens it has to be 54 watt High Output lights. The cheapest T5's you'll find are made by Lithonia Lighting. Get their High Bay warehouse lights. They have great reflectors and put out a ton of light
It's 54 watts x 5000 lumens per 4 foot tube, so a 4' x 6 bulb fixture would deliver 30,000 lumens @ 324 watts.

I bought the 4' x 4 tube fixture from these folks and looking hard at their 6 bulb unit at this price. They ship free with a $250 purchase and include free stuff with the order depending on the dollar amount ordered. Last year I got a free 4' x 50' roll of 2 mil mylar. Two of the bulbs were broken in the 4' light I ordered, called them and they were quick to send replacements with no hassle at all.
