NAME: AFRICAN RHINO PERI PERI SAUCE
BRAND: KALAHARI PEPPER COMPANY
FLAVOR: a good smoky flavor and light citrusy flavor. very good flavor not too sharp or upfront but lets you know its in the food.
HEAT: it was about a 2 to me I would say for the average person about 3 or 4
APPLICATIONS: one of my favorite uses for this sauce is fish tacos but it would good with a burger or grilled fish.
LABEL AESTHETICS: I do enjoy the label on this sauce its a very classy and entertaining bottle with lots to read and look at but at the same time it doesn't have all the satanic and inappropriate images so you can have it at the table when you have company over or if you have young children.
PERSONAL THOUGHTS: This is personally one of my favorites it is an excellent sauce.
