Indeed. Cheese would've brought the heat level way down when it was done baking. But with all those peppers on there, I imagine it still would've been a rough ride.

I know the OP of this thread is a bit old now, but that picture is one of the craziest things I've ever seen. If anyone is thinking of imitating this, I'd suggest leaving 3 rolls of toilet paper in the freezer overnight first.
