No heat Super Hots

i have not cooked much with them, but i did make a relish the other night with pork chops and added one fatalii with about 10 perfumes. the relish had a very strong chinense flavor but very little heat. so maybe cooking concentrates the flavor? i can say that they taste much better when fully, fully ripe almost over ripe.
