Neem oil mixed with dog flea and tick shampoo,  1 or 2 TBSP Neem, 1 TBSP shampoo, 1 gallon of water shake and spray the undersides of your leaves after the sun goes down.
 
Bacterial plant problems can be solved with H2O2...

If its ot bacterial, will it hurt them? Ive only uaed peroxide for soil fungus and fungus gnats....

I like self-mixing stuff that attaches to the hose like this one.... it takes human error (ratio) out of the equation

Thats what I have.... I guess I didnt shake the tank sprayer vigorously enough....

No, just go to the link I provided,  been using peroxide for years, never a problem.

I'm gonna say its chemical.... the grass and weeds along the fence that ive sprayed heavily for ants are turning yellow, along with any kind of weeds that pop up around the peppers....

Prehensile, thanks for the white fly tip. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them all die. The infestation my plants had was far worse than i thought, but it's all going away nicely now!

Guess I really have been overwatering.... almost a week without any and no wilting, not even tomatoes.... and their size is the main reason I was watering as often as I was....
