Purchased some ghost chili powder yesterday and while searching for recipes I found this place. I eat many serrano/habs, a few different commercially available sauces and make salsa regularly. Love to cook and found lots of good stuff within these threads. Will contribute where I can.

I cracked open the ghost chili powder and add some to a bottle of Frank's wing sauce. Started off with half a 1/8tsp, not bad so I added another half. I let the chicken simmer a bit and tasted, added another half. I love the flavor it added but it's hard to pin down what it is.
