Noob question: Does this look like bacterial growth?

Hi All
I started from seed about a little over a month ago and some of my seedlings have had some issues. These seedlings were some of the runts of the litter, and as a result were not part of the group that got to live on the heat pad. As a result, this group of seedlings, that I was going to give to friends, is a little stunted. They also have these worrisome spots and markings. Does this look like bacterial infection?

It sort of does, MH. Probably the result of
the cooler grow medium. Maybe warming
them up a bit might help the plant fight it
off. If a leaf gets uglier than you can stand,
cut it off.
 
What kind of nutrients are you using?
 
I think theyve been a little too moist, not standing wetness, but the runts havent been heated so they dont dry out. Ive been doing the double cup thing, top watering until root show and then watering from the bottom. I think the unheated runts are slower growing, cold, too moist.

I used Fox Farms potting mix (cant remember which one) and the only nutrients Ive been using have been to get the pH right. My tap water is alkaline so I add a little seaweed emulsion and fish emulsion. One watering I added a little epsom, CalMag, and a sprinkling of a P K heavy fert.

Moruga, Im not using a fan. I check water every day and maybe end up watering every other day.

I got mine in a tent under 2 quantum 260 v 's , run 6 " inline exhausted out , keep a couple small fans going keep the air from getting stale . especially when small they need the air movement ,,,,    :party:  :party:

Well I just started hardening my plants off this weekend. It does sort of look like a couple of the “keepers” might have the same condition on their leaves. Should I pull the leaves or scrap the whole plant? Aside from air movement and light, what other treatments can I use?
 
Air movement and slowing your watering I think will help. I'm in Dallas so our water alkiline is probably simular. I havn't tested mine. I'm only watering twice a week, using tap with nothing added. And have only used 1/4 rate fert once. Using FF and a MG mix medium. My plants are looking really good. You might back off what you're doing and see if they improve. But air movement would be my first thing to add.
