I'm moving to a new house in MA, and while I'm renovating and preparing garden beds I've started something like 30 pepper plants in my basement under lights purchased off craigslist from a cannabis farmer. (Thank goodness the house has solar panels.) They're all waiting for it to be warm enough to bring them out.
