As my lips are now numb from tasting various and sundry peppers as I've been deseeding them, I'm learning something I probably should have known. There are a lot of peppers out there that just don't taste good. A good number are sour and aren't even hot. Some are hot but still not much flavor. Then there are the few that a sweet and not hot, some sweet and hot, and others with other flavors. I still have a lot more to deseed and taste. I'm sure I'll find a few really good ones in here.
