nutrients nute burn on red bhut?

It's in a huge pot with 3 other red bhuts, but the other ones are growing fine and have no signs of anything wrong

Looks like sunburn. A couple of mine did that and recovered after awhile. Try morning/noon sun, then afternoon diffused light/shade.

I'm no expert but that looks like some sort of fungal or bacterial attack.

The leaf on the right looks a little slimy. Is it or did you just water? Sorry on my phone so it's kind of hard to see

Do they all get the same amount of sun? I know they are in the same pot, but they could be partially blocked at different parts of the day.

I had a bhut and a fatalii looking like that shortly after repotting and it turned out to be sunburn. I put up temporary shade until the got used to their new surroundings They survived and are doing fine.
