does anybody know whats wrong with this

mold maybe, looks like mold? how much of the daily sun cycle they getting? I had something similar pop up for a bit and my pots were under an overhang cause I am transitioning them from overwintering, so I pulled then out a little further and they are doing a spell better. Don't wet the leaves if they will stay wet during dark for awhile.

they get full sun from morning to dawn...thats the only plant has it and the rest dont have it

might be bacteria leaf spot. look into it
