I need nutrition analysis for my sauces. Most commercial options are expensive, and want to know if any one has information on where I can get my sauces analysed. Or thoughts on alternative methods (such as those in which I provide the ingredients and amounts of each)

Another hot sauce connoisseur which owns a company suggested contracting a kick college, they may be able to help.

I am in central New Jersey.

weird how many hotsauces come out of jersey.  First check with your county or state, you may not need nutritional analysis.  If you do need it Im sure they can tell you  where to get it done.  There's no getting around spending money to start your biz.
