Another week at the bottle cap factory. Making tacos, drinking good beers. Put 20lbs of scotch bonnets on the smoker today, getting ready for some major sauce making sessions coming up. The old lady wants me to try making tofu general tso's this week, no worries. Stacking wood, splitting wood, planting garlic,etc,etc. Cheers
Bottling up a couple ferments, getting a jumpstart on prepping for my 3rd annual Halloween BBQ next week 
Made all the rubs yesterday, plus some BBQ sauces; Memphis style, and a mustard one. Plan on smoking 2 pork butts and a brisket next week. Maybe some crockpot chili too.
Also still looking for some cool pumpkin carving ideas! Looking for suggestions (hint, hint )
I really wanna get cracking on making some salsas and jellies soon too. Gonna be a busy week in the kitchen!
