WOW...Made me drool so much the wife started laughing and the daughter asked if I was alright...LOL I'm glad you didn't post the finished product other wise I might have tried bitting the screen
Sorry for the bad pic. I'll try to explain the shot.
The big blackish looking thing is the hot & spicy beef rib. Yes...it made me sweat. The other two things under it are the spare ribs (YUMMY!!!). The white blob is my wifes beautiful potato salad, and a slice of Kielbasa tops it off.
Oh....the BBQ sauce pictured is B's Peach Habanero.
