Yup, the Defcon Compound has done it again, as previously noted. We SWEPT the Wing Sauce Category at the 2015 NYC Hot Sauce Expo Screaming Mimi Awards.
Oh yeah, for the FIRST time EVER for a single company to sweep ANY category. Wow, must be doin' somethin' right. Aside from other awards, the Screaming Mimi Awards, is a veritable who's who in the culinary world, including many from the Food Network, Bon Appetit Magazine, and various crews from mainstream food shows.
