I just saw this on the local craigslist for $100.  Is this not worth about 5 times that price?  I not sure what particular model it is, though, or cooking area size.  I'm contacting the seller now.  Any opinions on the unit, and price?  Thanks.

Not sure what model that is, but there is a Ok joe Longhorn model on my local CL for $600. Seems overpriced to me by a couple hundred.

At that price grab it if it's not a scam.
 
Then modify it to make it a better smoker.  Extend the chimney down to grill level and block the top of the opening above the grill from the firebox with either firebricks or steel.
