i had a roast pork and jerk sauce sandwhich today. I think i will do it again tomorrow!

Just gotbackfromthe HSFFF in Victoria when Ifind the camera I'll get some photos and tell how it went...it was very big and we did better than expected, I'll definately go back next year.
 
Thats great news it went so well mate. I take it the weather was good. Next year is in Melbourne isn't it? I'll make it to that for sure.
 
the weather was bloody great..

It was a little hot on sunday but stillmanz wouldn't really know about that cause he was under a shade cloth all weekend...:P

Joking......

I was there Yesterday (Sunday) and it turned out to be a huge day. I can only guess that at it's peak there were over 350 people there, probably more.

Lots of great flavored hot sauses (none better than stillmanz's, oh god i'm a brown nose).
