My grow room (sun room but now a grow room till next spring) smells like cat wizz, been smelling like that for a couple few days and getting stronger each day. I thought it was the cushions from our patio furniture the wife brought in when it was windy nd rainy, but it isnt, it's my plants ! I smelled the top leaf since it was easiest to sniff and oofa, it stinks..... The plants are Aji/Brazilian Starfish, anyone else think they smell like cat wizz?

Honeydew secretion from Aphids might smell. Is there a waxy coat on them?
Mine don't smell either, are you spraying them with anything?

ammonium nitrate (ammoniacal nitrogen) in the fertilizer?
No bugs, no cats, plants didnt smell till I snipped of a bit to control it's growth, right as soon as I did I got a smell and then it has been getting stronger. I have changed nothing as far as nutrients and never had a smell. I did transplant them then give them a snip, maybe it is nutrients but my nutrients dont smell like urine and none of me other plants smelled of urine at any time even after being cut back....
