plant One oddball Scorpion plant

This plant came from my Regular Scorpion seed stock, it put out 3 pods about 3 months ago now here is the second round. It still has different shaped pods, the plant is surrounded by Scorpions so any input is welcome...

as you can see, one pepper looks much like the one you have, while the other looks more like a true scorpion. i have had many different shaped peppers on this one plant. from ones that look nothing like a scorpion to ones that look like this (these are from the same plant) :

either way they are healthy looking pods. I had 5 Naga Morich plants in a row (first year, same seed stock) 4 were true and one turned out to put out brown pods with naga shape. Plant looks the same and the pods are the same shape and size. Unless you are sure the seeds you grew from are pure, isolated strain, I would put my money on a cross. Although peppers can mutate as well. Grow some from those seeds and see what you get next year lol
