orange Carolina Reaper?

My first pepper changing color on what's supposed to be a Carolina Reaper plant.  Thought they were always red.  What gives?

Be patient. Lots of peppers go through different color changes before fully ripe.

yep will def turn red, you can kinda see it in the darker crease area, I love when my pods get that sunset red fading into orange and sometimes yellow look to them while ripening
