Reds go well into a 2 day curry but are more flavoursome dried or powdered, I find. Caramels have a different feel to their heat and are noticeably milder, I can take those 2 at a time in a meal and enjoy the flavour more. I probably prefer the red's taste but they're both good andthe caramel is more usable.
Orange intrigues me, given how I recently discovered a love for Orange Habs well in excess of my taste for other colours.
