Orange Trinidad Scorpion and Yellow Fataliis

Hey Everyone,   Total newbie here with pepper growing and want to thank you all for the great info and wealth of knowledge i've accumulated from this forum.
Anyways I'm having trouble with my orange scorpion and yellow fatalii and telling them apart. Even though they both have very  distinguishable characteristics with some pods I've noticed others are very similar in appearance and color. I'm also growing them side by side and they are over crowding each other making it easy to mix them up. Anyone else encountered this issue with telling them apart? Or is this just a newbie dilemma?
thanks!
Here's the scorpions in the first pic.

From your photos - only one Trinidad Scorpion looks similar to Fatalii, and since pepper cross pollinate so well - that could be actually Fatalii. I wouldn't save seeds from unusual looking pods. But im another just another noobie.
