at first i thought black pearl but the leaves are not the same. the leaves turn purple with age and the flowers are purple as well as thepods, not sure how they ripen but all pods are purple right now. co worker just bought it at farmers market on lunch break. here are a couple pics i snapped with my phone.

it looks very much like this might be it! the younger leaves are whitish then go green to purple.
