health Ouch. What's wrong with my SSB cutting?

Took a cutting off my Stuffing Scotch Bonnet approximately a month ago, got it rooted, and put it into a Kratky jar.  It started growing pretty well.  I started with the same nutes the plant had been on for awhile, only watered down, and slowly increased it's tolerance over time, and it seemed to be doing well.  Went away for a few days and came home to this.  Looked at a few nutes symptoms charts but really can't make up my mind what it looks like.  What do the experts say?

P.S. - None of the other pepper or tomato cuttings are having this issue.

You may have Pythium or root rot. Roots should not be that brown.
Start using hydrogen peroxide in your nutrient

Use 5ml per gallon.  I notice the roots in the Kratky have a tendency to be a little browner than usual.  Trying to figure out why the leaves are messed up and falling off.

Pythium or Phytophthora induced root rot will cause leaves to discolor, dry, and fall off.

Usually you'll want to cut the affected roots off as short as possible, but not completely off. Leaving an inch or so. Sterilize and refill it's container with new nutrient mix.
