Ive been over this with them in the past. Last time they were probably a Peruvian white hab. This time its these. Not sure what they are but the tip was quite mild and the stem end was milder than my lemon drops. Thin wall too. There was a peach colored pepper in with them. It was very hot. I thought i got it in the pic but.......The sauce i just made with them sure has some zip to it but not even close to a hab sauce.
