preservation Out of The Smoker and Into The Dehydrator

Here's a picture of a combination of Naga, Paper Lantern, and Fatali Reds that I smoked for about 4.5 hours with moist heat using a combination of apple/cherry/mesquite wood and then dehyrdrated. Not sure whether I'm going to take them to powder or pepper flakes. Haven't tried any of them yet but they smell absolutely wonderful. They ar on a paper plate, stacked about 4-5 inches high - started with enough to fill an entire 5 rack dehyrdrator. Left the placenta and all of the seeds in so they should be plenty hot.



Can't wait to give them a try!
