wayright Jan 15, 2011 #6 The only reason to worry about temp is for color and if you are saving seeds. IMO no matter how long or hot you dry them.,, they are always yummy!

When they are thin skinned sometimes you can see through them or see "veins". They will be fine. The drier they are the easier they are to crush or powder anyway.
