yeah it's winter here. I believe it is -2 'C here in helsinki at the moment so growing them outside is kinda out of the question (I dream of a day of a genetically altered chili plant that can withstand subzero temperatures). But to answer your question my main grow thread is here, so to paraphrase that thread...
The ones in the pics are the nagas and are doing better(ish) now. I believe i still have a bit of choloris but that should be better once the calcium from the egg shells are absorbed (I hope)
Sometimes magnesium deficiency can cause leaf curling. You can mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salt in a gallon of water then water your plants with it. Make sure you are buying pure epsom salt with no other additives or scents.
