overwintering Overwinter DWC hydro plants?

I have a DWC Bhut Jolokia (pic below) that I'd like to overwinter if possible.
What do I do?
 
Cut it down to "a stick"?
Trim the roots?
Do I need to cut back on nutrients?
Should I put it in my WARM indoor grow tent (with household CFLs), or in my COLD kitchen where it can get natural light?

What are you temps outside during the winter? I would just trim back the leaves and very end of the branches but not back to just a stick. Your cold kitchen window should be fine. Keep lows above 50f and you should have harvests during the winter. Good luck.
