Pairing peppers and booze (what goes best with what?)

Is there any consensus or past experience you could contribute on what peppers go best with what kind of booze?
 
I was thinking:
 
- Rum - Scotch Bonnet  or any other caribean pepper (wild ass guess here )
- Gin - ?
- Whiskey - ?
- Vodka - ?
 
what did work fine / not so fine for you in the past?

I actually only use Vodka with peppers, I suppose it could work with other spirits but you mainly see vodka flavored and other spirits not so much with the exception of rum and that is not on the same scale as vodka.

vodka or tequila nothing else even sounds good, I have tried "peppar" and even the southern comfort tabasco, I really don't know how that vile crap passed r&d

I like Primos with gasoline. Just joking i dont drink hardly anything now days except ice tea and Red Bull. Just for the books superhots and Red Bull dont mix well at all !!

I like Bhut and Bacardi 151.  Don't leave the peppers in the rum too long.

my drink of choice would be evan williams wiskey with ghost powder mixed in and top it off with watermelon gatoraid..........................
