Papas a la Huancaina, a Peruvian side dish

Hi fellow chiliheads,
For a friend at work, I am trying to find the pepper used in Papas a la Huancaina. A Peruvian side dish.
Anyone familiar with this? I have no idea but he asked if I could toss a plant in my grow for this year.
I checked a web search and came up with Aji Amarillo.
Does that sound right?

Thanks!

I remember eating this dish in Lima.
Each recipe I found also mentions aji amarillo.
But I have found that "aji amarillo" can mean a few different things (pod variation, flavor, heat).
I have lots of seeds if u need.

Regards, Chris
