beer Passow Brews: Belgian Special Dark

Just bottled this today. I got 51 12 ounce bottle. It came out to be 10.5% abv and tastes every bit it. Needs to sit for a while and mellow. Like, 6 months.

Iggy, I'll bne over in about six months then. :) Sounds very tasty!
 
hail sunbeam! i intentionally killed my sunbeam hops (via neglect). and that made me glad :). even though i now mash at 150 F, all my beer's final grav's are still ~1.032-1.036. maybe i should stop using hose water! ha

HOSE WATER CONTAINS LEAD WHICH DOES NOT DISAPEAR IN THE BOIL.

DO NOT USE HOSE WATER FOR ANYTHING. DO NOT DRINK FROM THE HOSE.

From all your off topic posts Frotran, I fear the damage is done (lead kills brain cells in adults, stunts mental development in kids).;)

Seriously, lose the hose.
