Well, TB’s burrito gave me burrito envy and I have been planning my version and drooling ever since I saw it. So here we go:

Top Grade French Almond Oil
El Yukateco XXXtra Hot sauce
A Whole Bhut Jolokia
Escargot with garlic butter (two of which were fried up with the above)

Flower Wrap
A Squeeze of Lime juice
Dried Basil
Garlic Clove
Two Chanetrelle Mushrooms
