Chopped up a small onion and 2 cream fatalii and 2 venezuelan tigers. Cooked some benton's bacon, then cooked the chopped onions and peppers. Added some more bacon fat, some butter, and flour to make a roux. Proceeded with some milk/cream to make a béchamel and addd some cheddar and parmesan and some pepper powder and chopped bacon. I didn't have any macaroni, so i cut up some thick pasta and boiled. Drained and reserved a little water to think down the sauce.
