Pepper from Kenya

Hey hey! A friend of a friend brought me these peppers that originally came from Kenya. Apparently she lived there for a year and fell in love with a pepper that many of the villagers were growing and cooking with. So she smuggled out a few when she moved back and has been growing them ever since. I was wondering if anyone has seen a particular pepper like this.

Thanks

the first one could be any number of chile that look like that and unless someone knows which one it is exactly which it is i could be just about improbable that you will get a positive id
the second one is a form of PIRI PIRI but not sure which one, it does however look like AFRICAN DEVIL

thanks your friend Joe

Thanks guys. I originally thought it was an Annuum but it's much more bitter than most of the Annuums I've eaten. It also has a little more more heat than a typical Thai chile. I did a little reading on the African Birdseye (PiriPiri) and it seems like it's the most likely candidate.
