Fruit per node & flower pix helpful too.

`The request for "fruit per node"..... Multiple fruit per node indicates C. chinense.

Single fruit per node indicate C. annuum, C. frutescens, C. baccatum & C. pubescens.

Grats on your very first home-grown peppers.

Pics that show the flower, calyx and number of fruit per node would be helpful.

But just going by the one pic you posted, the leaf shape suggests some kind of annuum to me.

As for when to harvest, you will know it is ripe when the pod changes to its final color. Often that color will be red, but other colors are possible. It is fine to use chiles when they are still green (think grocery store Jalapenos) but they are usually at the peak of heat and flavor when fully ripe.

Guys you are amazing!
I am really surprised with the amount of people trying to help me here!

Edit : to answer @malarky : I think it might be King of the North pepper, Marta Polka pepper, cayenne pepper, jalapeno pepper, banana pepper. I am not sure i have too many pepper plants and I lost the label on this one

I took more pics.
I hope it's not a bell pepper lol but it might be I thought it would be larger?

Here are more pics to show flowers. there are about 4-6 nodes per sites..

does the plant look any healthy to you?? i wish it was bigger?
