I'm just guessing... Going off of the shape they resemble scotch bonnet peppers.

That looks a lot like the "Spartacus" hybrid orange habanero that Bonnie Plants sells. It is commonly sold at Home Depot garden centers and the like. Personally, I am not a huge fan as it seems to me to have less punch and maybe a little less flavor than a regular orange hab.
