One of the good things about seed exchanges is new seeds. I have one called salento. Does anyone have any information on it? Nothing came up on chileman or any other site I looked at. Is this one of those who knows who named it? I have no clue but wondered if anybody is familair with this pepper. Thanks for any help.

i don't think you will have any luck, if its from a seed exchange through THP, then perhaps it came from one of our italian members, guess you'll find out when it starts producing; just create a new pepper identification post when it starts to develop pods that way if the subject ever comes up again with another member perhaps a simple forum search will help out.

what a dummie i am, i did a quick google and nothing popped up, so i did this reply, got to thinking and took my own advice, i did a THP forum search and you have 3 members that seem to have them. members VINCENT, origamiRN and marcio_sjrp seem to have them and can most likely help you out.
