Pepper Legality Issues

A few guys I know came in to the coffee shop tonight and we got talking about peppers. One guy said he'd eat a Naga Morich without drinking for $100. The other guy took the bet. I was wondering if I supply the pepper and he dies or someting am I at fault?

Ask if he has an allergy to peppers and make him sign a waiver if you're worried.

Make sure he has no heart or respiratory problems and have people witness a verbal agreement freeing you of liability, or better yet get a waiver signed
Also make sure the $100 is not just for eating the naga but for keeping it down. No puking allowed!
