plant Pepper plant ID

I had this plant labeled pink tiger(obviously not), sewn seeds at same time as goats weed(did not germinate). maybe i got them mixed up when planting.

Does this look like goat's weed?

goatsweed is usually hairy/fuzzy..

this looks similar to the growdown plant doesn't it?

Not the best closeup picture on the steam but it looks a little bit fuzzy if thats the case then yes that are your Goat Weed.

It definitely has the structure of Goatsweed and looks a little fuzzy. Give it more direct sun, so the pods darken to black.

It's hard to tell if the stems are fuzzy or if that's just shininess. I'm with hogleg, though. The plant's habit looks like goatsweed. If you give it lots of direct sun, the pods will turn black and the tissue will darken if it really is.
