Pepper purée time.

500g of Apple smoked red peppers. Anything from habaneros to reapers. It's mostly habs and nagas though. I followed AlabamaJack's recipe.

Just did the same this weekend but with pecan wood. Looks great.

It smells great and taste great. It's super hot too. I'm gonna have to make some aji mango and pineapple purée too

That will be good too. I have done Yellow Bhuts before and my dad loves it. I need to get smaller jars to give some away.

Yeah. I only ended up with about 24oz all together. 4oz jars would definitely be nice.

Nice color too. Just a finger dab in it will warm your mouth up real nice. Definitely gonna make some more before the season is over.
